Residential site plans = $325 (flat rate)

Commercial Pricing

Plans bid on individual project basis

dependent on total size and scope.

Commercial site plans = $90 / Hour

Permitting Assistance:

Building permit application preparation, submittal and follow-ups to obtain approval in your jurisdiction.

Standard pricing = $120 / Hour
