Building permit application preparation, submittal and follow-ups to obtain approval in your jurisdiction.

Standard pricing = $120 / Hour

Meeting in person at the job site to help determine project feasibility and next-steps towards getting the building plans started.

Standard pricing = $90 / Hour

(Includes $40 trip fee if within 0.5 hour drive from Lake Stevens, WA)
