Standard pricing = $90 / Hour

Re-Drafts & Remodels:

 Taken on a case-by-case basis depending on current availability.

Standard pricing = $2.50 / Sq. Ft.

Custom Plan Design:

Single Family Residential Pricing
$1.00 / Sq. Ft. for non-heated shops, barns and detached garages w/

$800 project minimum price

$3.50 / Sq. Ft. for conditioned spaces

w/ $1,500 project minimum price

Res. site plans = $450 (flat rate)

Custom homes larger than 2,000 SF are taken on a case-by-case basis depending on current availability and will typically involve third party design services.

Commercial Pricing

Small commercial project plans are bid on individual project basis

dependent on total size and scope.

Com. site plans = $100 / Hour

Permitting Assistance:

Building permit application preparation, submittal and follow-ups to obtain approval in your jurisdiction.

Standard pricing = $120 / Hour

On-Site Consultation*:

Meeting in person at the job site to help determine project feasibility and next-steps towards getting the building plans started.

Standard pricing = $100 / Hour

(Includes $40 trip fee if within 0.5 hour drive from Lake Stevens,  WA)
